You know who roasts your nuts, and you see it happen in front of you at the Strand Building, in the same place it's always been.
The Strand Building
Our shop is in the Strand Building, one of the oldest buildings in Bab El Louk — a piece of Downtown's old history, and we're part of it.
Our nuts, seeds, and peanuts are roasted right here in the shop, day by day — not ready-made stock from some distant factory. Everything you see in the display cases in front of you, we roasted ourselves.
What We Make
Every day we roast: nuts, seeds and peanuts, chocolate by the kilo, and gift boxes.
